On August 2nd, the patient’s and families of Levine Children's Hospital were visited by board members of the Speedway Children’s Charities along with Charlotte Motor Speedway’s own mascot “Lugnut”. The group provided a craft activity, while Lugnut visited, entertained and passed out souvenir pins and mini-race cars to the patients. It was evident that everyone was having a great time. We sincerely appreciate the SCC staff and board members sharing their time with us to ensure the patients are having fun while being in the hospital.
