Valentine’s Day Cards for Levine Children’s Hospital:
Scholar’s Academy in Charlotte, NC, designed 200 Valentine’s Day cards for patients at Levine Children’s Hospital. The Student Council members had the idea of creating these Valentine's Day Cards and numerous classes and students participated. The student council members led the project, wrote letters to the teachers of the school asking if the students could participate, made posters promoting the project, collected all the Valentine’s Day cards, and wrote thank you notes to the teachers thanking them for participating. Thanks to the kindness of these students 200 patients at Levine Children's Hospital received cards from Scholar's Academy.
