Levine Children's Hospital and the CMC Department of Pediatrics have had a very busy month. Our physicians, nurses, administrators and other staff members have been invited to present 12 poster presentations, educations sessions, and conference sessions at national conferences during the month.
Nine team members attended the National Association of Children's Hospitals and Related Institutions (NACHRI) in San Diego, California. We had three poster presentations and two educational sessions representing Levine Children's Hospital.
Six team members attended the National Initiative for Children's Healthcare Quality(NICHQ). We had three poster presentations and two educational sessions representing Levine Children's Hospital at NICHQ as well.
The National Association of Children's Hospitals and Related Institutions (NACHRI) is a not-for-profit organization of children's hospitals with 218 members throughout the world, including Levine Children's Hospital. NACHRI and the children's hospitals associated with the organization strive to promote and ensure the health and well-being of all children.
The National Initiative for Children's HealthCare Quality (NICHQ) is an independent organization led by pediatric healthcare professionals with a mission to improve children's health by improving the systems responsible for the delivery of children's healthcare. NICHQ provides public health systems, hospitals, and physicians with results that will enable them to provide children with proper care to improve health outcomes. |
