To make an appointment to talk with one of our staff, please call 704-381-TEEN (8336). Teen Health Connection has provided specialized healthcare to teens since 1992. Its mission is to provide accessible, affordable and knowledgeable health services to teens. Teen Health Connection collaborates with several community organizations and agencies, including schools, the Mecklenburg County Health Department, group homes, the Department of Social Services and the Juvenile Justice System. Teen Health Connection offers a variety of classes and programs throughout the year designed to assist teens and their parents in responding to adolescent issues and interests.
