Welcome to Teen Health Connection. We are a non-profit medical practice that provides comprehensive medical and mental health services for adolescents. Our mission is to improve the health of adolescents by providing an array of services, education, advocacy, and research through connections with teens, parents, and the community. Our staff is dedicated to providing individual, customized care to the teens in Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas. Our Medical Director, Dr. Kristin Rager, is fellowship trained in Adolescent Medicine. The Center for Disordered Eating is lead by Heidi Limbrunner, a a licensed psychologist who specializes in the area of eating disorders. Our clinical team and health educator provide a variety of community programs including "Healthy Choices, Healthy Teens" and "Parent-Teen Communication Workshops.
