Levine Children's Hospital offers one of the most comprehensive cardiac services for children and adolescents in the southeast United States. Approximately 300 cardiac operations and 250 cardiac catheterizations are performed annually.

The Department of Cardiology within the Cardiovascular Program has 8 staff physicians who provide general and specialized care for children with congenital heart disease. In addition to the 8 pediatric cardiologists, there is a full complement of personnel including nurse practitioners, cardiac intensivists, cardiac nurses, and social workers to provide quality family centered care for the children in our region.
