Many times parents may feel more comfortable talking with members of the healthcare team in their native language. Interpreter services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for hearing-impaired and limited English-proficient patients/families at no cost. The patient and/or family can notify his/her nurse or any other staff member if interpreter services is needed.
