The Children's Emergency Department provides comprehensive emergency and urgent care for infants, children and adolescents in a developmentally appropriate “child friendly” environment.
Services provided and conditions diagnosed and treated include:
- Care for critically ill or injured children
- Children with urgent or potentially emergent conditions
- Children requiring immediate abuse, neglect or assault evaluation
- Children requiring pain management above and beyond what can be provided in the office setting
