When your child is ready to return home, your nurse or physician will go over key information. Please take advantage of this conversation to ask questions and fully understand these important instructions. Be sure to write down complete instructions as this information is easy to forget. Please ask your nurse or physician if you have any questions about:
- Prescriptions and medications
- Discharge instructions
- Follow-up care and appointments
