Leslie Doyle, RN, BSN, is the Performance Improvement Coordinator for Levine Children's Hospital. She started her career at Carolinas Medical Center in 1987. Twenty one of those years she worked in the Cardiovascular Recovery Unit taking care of both the adult and pediatric population following Open Heart Surgery. Her role was a Staff Nurse and then an Assistant Nurse Manger. She was involved in many Quality Improvement Projects within her unit. She has also worked in the Endoscopy Unit for a short time where she focused on improvement of the Unit's Patient Satisfaction Scores.

Leslie received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has received training in the Demming Model of Improvement, and she has a new affiliation with The National Association of Children's Hospitals and Related Institutions and The Institute for Healthcare Improvements.
