Select a QI faculty mentor who, along with your QI coach, will guide you as you begin to put your QI knowledge into practice. These faculty members have all received QI training and have applied and understand the methodology. You will need to select a faculty member within the 1st month of your 2nd year and let the QI coach know of your selection so they can inform that individual. You will be responsible for initiating meetings with your faculty mentor and are required to meet with them at least three times throughout the year. Click here to see a list of faculty mentors.
