
Yuliya Anatolievna Domnina, MD, is a pediatric cardiologist with an interest in pediatric cardiac intensive care medicine.
A native of Russia, Dr. Domnina originally trained as a nurse at R.N. Vladimir Medical College where she received her nursing diploma graduating with honors.
She then entered Ivanovo State Medical Academy/Russia at M.D. Nizhniy Novgorod State Medical Academy where she received her medical degree in 1996. She completed her internship at City Children's Hospital in Vladimire, Russia; and residencies at Woodhull Medical Center, Brooklyn, N.Y., and Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School. In adddition, Dr. Domnina completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital, and a Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care at Pittsburgh Children's Hospital.
Dr. Domnina joined the Sanger Heart and Vascular Institute in 2007 after serving as Senior Fellow in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Medicine in the Department of Critical Care Medicine at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
